He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience after having worked for Fortune 500 companies including Verisign, Fiserv, Verizon Wireless and Syniverse Technologies. As a young leader he was invited by House of Commons and Kirklees Metropolitan Council to lead racial equality programs in Huddersfield, U.K. where he found his passion in public speaking. He was bestowed with Pride of New Generation an international award in public speaking as a chapter president for Junior Chamber International. With his strong background in technology and an insights driven leadership, he is leading Ed Tech innovation at Winning Feathers. Apurva holds Masters in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Birla Institute, India."

“Kelsey has a PhD in Communication from the University of Kentucky and has over 7 years of public speaking, debate, and improv coaching experience. She has trained TEDx speakers, Georgetown University debaters and under resourced students. She is a communication instructor at Texas Tech University, and loves her West Texas town of Lubbock and its Texas-sized prairie dogs. Her passion at Winning Feathers is to help develop curriculum that ensures students are enhancing their voice and confidence!”
