About this class
Level 1 Certification is focused on Building Interpersonal Skills, where students will build a variety of skills, such as recognizing, managing, and expressing strong emotions/needs and listening actively and empathetically. Additionally, students will practice mindfulness and effective non verbal/verbal communication strategies in preparation for level 2.
